I have signed up to a server provider that has cPanel on a VPS server. I have three different clients, Outlook with an addon software(Caldav synchroniser), Thunderbird and OpenSync for Android. No one gives access to the caldav server which I believe is a Horde server incorporated in the cPanel. I get the same error on the CardDAV where no access is granted. The best error answer/description I get is from the sync in the Outlook client where you can test it before you comit it: --------------------------- Test settings --------------------------- An error occurred while sending the request. An error occurred while sending the request. Unable to connect to the remote server A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 212.111.43.56:2080 --------------------------- OK --------------------------- What is the problem? What should the server provider look for to allow access to the cPanel email server?
