After working 4 yrs. Virtual browser doesn't load, gives black screen

I have an older version IPad, still works fine. Firefox Virtual Browser stopped working, when I click on the app, nothing happens, screen turns black, once in a while the app will load, first screen loads , and then turns black. I tried to open it on my new IPad Air , and the same thing happened. I tried deleting it , and downloading again, and still not working! Help! I need this for my work !
