File link with Box has quit working--upload errors; how to fix?

System details: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/45.2.0 I was successfully using file link with BOX, but it suddenly quit working. When I try to link files in my Box Sync folder which were successfully linked in previous emails, a graphic with "Upload Error--unable to upload filename" appears. When I click ok, it simply attaches the file.

Suggestions on what's wrong and how to fix this?
