some time i have any download than i can't delete its temp. file so how to delete this?

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but more of a question about functionality in Microsoft Windows.

I recommend you contact the official Windows Support team or make use of the many support forums that exist.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
