I'm importing vcards created by icloud and all phone numbers get lost, Outlook manages to correctly import these vcards.

Try this: install MoreFunctionsForAddressBook, then select an address book in Address Book, then Tools/MoreFunctionsForAddressBook/Actions for contacts/Import vCard/vcf, browse to the directory with the vCards, and select the (multiple) vCard files.
