When I open Firefox there's just a white screen then when I try to enter a site it simply doesn't go there and I can't refresh either.
There are bars and tabs but I can't use them, I tried to enter youtube but it just stayed on the site.

hi, please go into the programs section of your system control panel and uninstal nvidia forceware network access manager in case you have that present.
