How can I send my email contacts to my Android phone
I have a new Android smartphone (an LG on the Tracfone network). How can I add my Thunderbird email contacts to my phone's email contact list?

You can sync both, Thunderbird and your phone via Google Contacts. For Thunderbird try this add-on. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/gcontactsync/
OK, I went to the website and downloaded it. The download gives a 3-step instruction that cannot be followed. Nor can my computer open the file directly.
It works for me. So we need you to tell us step by step what you did and where it stopped working.
Most people who have trouble with installing add-ons don't seem to have read any instructions, guidance or advice.
