Hello everyone,

First of all let me thank you for helping me. I have been searching the web a lot before coming here.

Like most people I have my email sync onto 3-4 devices. When I delete from iPhone, its still showing on my Desktop Thunderbird running on PC (Window 8).

Every morning I show up to work with blank emails that I need to delete one by one again,.

are all accounts IMAP? does right clicking the folder and selecting repair help in updating (removing) mail from the list.
