I am trying to use Mozilla Thunderbird for my email. After each and every function (such as deleting an email, moving it to another folder, or responding to an email.), Thunderbird stalls out and shows "Not Responding". After it recovers, I am able to perform one more function before it does it again.

What is your anti-virus software?

You have problem anti virus software, I suggest you contact McAfee....
