hello wmfab77, firefox should run fine on any windows pc. please see if it is working with the full installer that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
We have seen an error like this being reported before with Firefox 33, but it happened only in that version and not in the Firefox 34 beta version or in earlier versions.
You can try to wait for the Firefox 33.1 release next week to see if that version fixes this issue.
