I have Alcatel one touch fire c model phone Purchased in India. In this I can't download apps. When I select app it's get downloading. After sometime downloading stops I can't install apps. I have checked memory it contains space in both intr&extra memori. I reset phone once but also same problem. Network is too good. Please suggest me

Hi Rajath,

I'm sorry that you are having issues downloading applications to your newly purchased Alcatel OneTouch Fire C from India.

I have heard similar reports of users from India not being able to download applications to the Intex Cloud FX device while on the carrier network, but working correctly when connected to Wi-Fi.

Can you please attempt to connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and download applications from the Firefox Marketplace? What is the result?

If the problem persists, please write back with the following information:

  • What is the model of your phone? "Alcatel OneTouch Fire C" or the "Alcatel OneTouch Fire C 2G"?
  • What is the OS version and Build ID found in the Device Information page? Please visit this link if you need help finding the Build ID of your phone.
  • Please provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue you are encountering.
  • Who is your current cell phone carrier?

The phone model isis Alcatel one touch for c 2G Is ver is Boot2Gecko 1.3.0.0-prerelease I have checked on all type of cell phone carriers available in our country. But the problem is same.

I'm totally irritating to use this phone. I can't access what's app through any application available in market. I don't know what to do. I can't update market and I can't download many of all application. If I open connect a2, for what's app it won't see send verification SMS or call. Totally hectic using this phone os. Please give solution - rajath

Are you still encountering issues with downloading apps? Do you encounter problems downloading apps via wi-fi as well? Is it just one specific application that you have trouble downloading, or are you not able to download any applications at all?
