When I need to upload a photo to a site the folders page pops up(home,desktop,video etc.) but the files aren't there to upload.Why don't I have access to them with the browser?

I can't upload files such as photos to AI generators.When I try to upload the list of folders pop up but when I click on any of the folder the content I know is there doesn't appear. Why? At the bottom of this question area there is an image upload option but for some reason I am unable to access my files to upload. I am perplexed.

Can't access webcam, there's no prompt

None of these sites can access the camera, and say that I blocked access even though the popup never appeared:

Interestingly, webcamtests.com says "A web camera was detected." -- but still can't access it. Chrome can access my camera just fine.

I can't seem to allow the camera when using sites like meet.google.com

I recently tried to connect to two different meeting sites. Both times I got a pop-up noting (correctly) that camera and microphone are blocked. I'm able to click to enab… (daɗa karatu)

I recently tried to connect to two different meeting sites. Both times I got a pop-up noting (correctly) that camera and microphone are blocked. I'm able to click to enable the microphone but I never get the option to enable the camera.

I tried going to Settings>Security&Privacy>Camera but that only allows me to remove previously-enabled websites.

Clicking on the settings button in the address bar shows audio and recording settings but no camera.

What am I doing wrong?
