What the fuck did you do!!! your last update wiped out all my bookmarks for all my work and everything. who thought that was a GREAT IDEA should be fired!!!! What the fuck do I have to do to get them back and thank you for fucking up my life.

do know computers very well, have used firefox for all my web browsing, firefox kept crashing according to screen so it opened saved apparent older version and I lost all my bookmarks and passwords, please help

please tell me how to remove the fake virus warning pop ups, I have followed all the directions, but the remove website, & remove all website buttons are greyed out, how do I continue now with the removal of the pop ups?

after creating a new profile, and copying everything in the root directory to the new profile, including search.json.mozlz4, the default search engine setting does not get transferred over and is still set to google

Some shades of white have a purple tinge to them. The amazon logo, certain themes, and other websites are slightly purple. This is only an issue in firefox, not any other program or browser.

hello tried a few things from help docs on line. nothing working. just keeps happening. tabs will say gah. your tab just crashed. works for a bit but once happens.... have to close whole firefox and open again. just started happening yesterday. I have used firefox for many many years never a problem. Something was not updated right. Please tell me how to fix this once and for all. if not I have to leave using firefox this is driving me crazy. terrible. Everytime I load Firefox the bookmarks sidebar is not shown.

Navigating thus View => Sidebar => Bookmarks I can bring it up. It will stay visible for the whole of my browser session. However, after I've closed this session and started another. the bookmark sidebar is missing again.

How can I make the bookmarks sidr be available all the time?

FF 127.0.2 OS Windows 11 Pro v 24H2 Build(26100.994).

I don't know what happened, I haven't been tinkering with anything. This happens for every video, not just this one. I've also posted my addons as well, in case that helps with anything.

One of the add-in permissions is "Access your data for sites in the “named” domain". I looked at that and thought, "That certainly cannot include passwords"; BUT the explanation for this permission is: "The extension could read the content of web pages you visit in the specified domain, as well as data you enter into those web pages, such as usernames and passwords. "

I was stunned.

That means that addins that get this permission have access to my banking/medical/etc. usernames & passwords. This is not acceptable. Can a permission be developed that would be: "Access your data for sites in the “named” domain" (except usernames/passwords).

The permission "Access your data for all websites" is significantly worse in that it applies to all sites.
