I opened an account with roboforms yesterday to store my passwords. They say the extension I first installed is not working, tried to uninstall & reinstall but no longer have the link to do that.

I got the newest download version from Firefox yesterday and cant get onto my online banking.I had the techs from bank try to figure it out on their end but said it must be something with the new download from Firefox. The message from online banking keeps saying try another browser,could someone help me with this issue

When opening or downloading an attachment from an email (yahoo mail) the email tab closes after about 20-25 seconds without warning. Happens each time a new attachment is opened, but does not happen when opening the attachment subsequent times. Happens on all my computers. Have tried all the basic remedies..clearing cache... cookies..etc

I have seen same exact issue posted by others.

This started happening approx 4-6 weeks ago.

I was using Ubuntu before. I was using firefox and i had lots of recorded logins in that browser. I sign in with my current account and i opened sync including the password and login. Recently i changed my distro, i am using Fedora right now. I log in my firefox account, yet my passwords and logins didn't came back.

Is the current version of FFX compatible with macOS 13 Ventura? If Ventura breaks FFX then I don't want to do the OS update until FFX works.

I do a lot of OS switching - I test various Linux distros on my 5 laptops and one really old 32 bit system for my mother-in-law and I am wondering if I can use FireFox Accounts over and over without making a new service device every time I need something from FF Accts :P

This has bugged my off and on for a long time but I have mostly ignored the issue ... until last week I discovered I had like 20 some odd devices on my account -- going back 2 years or more. Now, I signed out of many of them and I am down to about 15 -- mostly because I am a little confused about how FF Accts determines what to sync ... especially since I use FF for testing and the shouldnt be that much in each 'sync' device ...

So, is there a way to use FF Accts 'sync' to get my data to a new device without making a new 'synced' device?

PS - a few FF releases in the past I got what I wanted by just copying the .mozilla directory to the new system but that broke a few releases ago :P too bad stuff has to change :(

Also, please understand that I am on Android, iOS, MacOS, and Linux daily so trying to 'gather' what I am submitting this question on will not lend itself to trying to solve my insanity >< Sorry!

Stopped working after after Ubuntu update to 22/04. Trying fixied that by replacing files from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/56.0.2/linux-x86_64/ru/ but still diesn't work. Crash reporter Info:

Youtube constantly drops frames playing 1080p60fps videos and the experience feels overall choppy. This behavior doesn't happen in other browsers such as Chrome and Edge. Moreover, this doesn't happpen in 1080p30fps videos, but since I cannot change the fps of each video in Youtube, I'm stuck with 720p in 60fps videos.

I tried contacting Mozilla Customer Service, but there is absolutely no way to do it. You customer service leaves much to be desired.

You updated your unstable system. It did the update, but now my saved passwords are missing. If your system deletes the passwords, what kind of safety do users of Firefox are guarantee? In the latest versions of Firefox all connections are automatically upgraded to https. As a result, I can no longer use Firefox to access this site: http://hearts.vex.net hearts.vex.net is a site which I've been using and enjoying for years. Since the site has no https URL registered with their hosting provider, all requests end up here

As Firefox is my default browser, I have to use other browsers for this purpose, which I'd prefer not to do. A setting in the configuration file could be added to disable this behavior either globally or for a specific site, correct?

When I click on my bookmarks tab it will open up and show me all my bookmarks. When I click on any of my bookmarks they will not open. Any one have any ideas? (would money help?)

Whenever I receive a software update notice, the browser closes all open links even when I click on Do NOt Update. Today I was researching travel arrangement on a number of sites and all were suddenly closed forcing me to start over with hours of searches. Pissed me off. How do I stop this from happening? If I can't prevent this from happening, will need to cancel use of this browser. Too many disruptions.

How can I disable the Alt+Num default behavior.

I have some custom keybindings globally on my device that uses Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3, Alt+4 as some tasks. But firefox also uses Alt+Num as the shortcut to change current tab to tab-[Num]. I would like to disable this behaviour so my system's shortcut works instead of firefox's shortcut in that case.

How can I achieve this behavior?

I'm using Ubuntu Mate 22.04, Firefox 106.0.1 SNAP install. I setted to TRUE the option browser.download.start_downloads_in_tmp_dir , when I open a document from a web page like .docx or .xlsx I can see the window that ask me how to manage the file, if I choice to open it (not download), Firefox present the option "Open with System Handler (default)" but nothing happens. Please remember that if I download the file and double click it, Libreoffice is called and opens the file. If I select "Choose other" Firefox opens an empty list of apps. In settings I can't change the option "System default". How can I fix this?

Firefox version 106.0.1 Windows 11pro. Youtube videos will not play, unless they are Live. Weird. Checked internet. Loads on phone, loads fine in Edge. Restarted FF, cleared cache and cookies, tried private browsing, started in troubleshoot mode with no addons-- even the ad video at the top won't play. What else am I missing? Why will the live videos play but not the others? That seems like a clue, but I've hit the end of my ideas. I was able to watch youtube two days ago, the only change (afaik) is a Firefox update this morning.
