This is because of a problem where the Firefox website doesn't recognize your operating system in certain cases where the browser version is detected wrong. There is already a fix, but it hasn't been updated on the main site yet.

In the meantime, you can download Firefox 3.6.3 directly from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.o.../Firefox%20Setup%203.6.3.exe
