Firefox ESR version 78.12 caused one website to not display

more options

I regularly use Walmart Grocery website to order hard goods for picp. After installing the "upgrade" to ESR version 78.12, that page fails to load... the Walmart page (not grocery) is the normal page as before... I have reinstalled 78.11 and everything displays as it always has... anyone else have a similar failure?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?

If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

Thanks for your comments... buuuuuuuuuuut, You misunderstood: simply reverting to the earlier version of Firefox handled it. My second PC still on ESR 78.11 didn't have this issue. I reverted on the "problem" PC and it went away. ESR 78.12 shows the problem on that website and possibly on others. I posted my experience for others who may see the issue (on any given site) so they have a reference of a simple cure, and to alert MOZILLA they have an issue in this version.
