I am using firefox 69.0 version with flash plugin installed. I am planning to turn off auto updates to keep an internal flash website running beyond 2020.

Am i still able to run flash in firefox 69.0 if I turn off firefox auto updates?

Maybe consider to move to Firefox 68 ESR. That way you will still receive security updates for over a year and you have "Always Activate" in case you want to use this setting. I don't know if there are plans to remove this "Always Activate" choice from ESR 68 similar to Firefox 69.
