Version 1.02 of my extension was in "disabled by Mozilla" state on the developer hub. That's the only version that still supports Firefox 4. That version has a colored shadow feature that was removed later on. So I want users to be able to download the version with the colored shadow if they want. But AMO doesn't let me resubmit older rejected versions. How can I resubmit an older rejected version of my add-on so people can use it?

There's probably a reason Mozilla disabled it. Bad code, maybe? Either way, this isn't the right place. take this up with AMO and not SUMO.

Why don't you just use a Dropbox link to let people use it? There's a reason Mozilla pulled it.

Best to ask other add-on developers where they hang out.

The Addons support forum is over here: https://forums.addons.mozilla.org/

Or here: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=19 - which is labeled Extension Development

Another alternative is to "host" the extension yourself. I have found a good number of Firefox extensions at a developers own website over the past 12 years. Currently I have at least 3 extensions installed that are only available from the developer's won website; 1 of which is self-hosted due to issues he encountered with AMO, just like you are having with AMO.
