When I attempt to use "Bookmark All Tabs" option from the menu only a partial window is shown in the drop down window. It only has the options 'Cancel' or 'Add Bookmarks' and there is no option to write the folder name or where it goes. Selecting the option 'Add Bookmarks' does nothing. Help!

cor-el, thanks for your reply but I traced the problem to a set of bookmarks that were in the 'Bookmarks Toolbar' that were causing the area below the url to be larger and thus partially obstructing the 'Bookmark All Tabs' box. I just moved them somewhere else and that did the trick.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
