Hi   ! Let's try this and see if it will help:
Type in the address bar   about:config (promise to be careful) Type   dom.ipc   and look for dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled double-click it and set the value to   false

Also:   the hangout time maybe set too low, but let's see if this does the trick first.
