I have reinstalled thunderbird. I really am in need of my local folders. Are they backed up on a server somewhere that I can get to through Mozilla? I don't see any folders labeled Profile or Profiles in the data that the tech recovered from the crashed hard drive.

Item 1. Mozilla has Zero information on you other than what you supplied to sign up to this forum.

Item 2. Thunderbird is a stand alone program on your computer. Backup is your responsibility. There is Nothing in the cloud.

Item 3. Windows hides the appdata or application data folders (the name changed depending on the windows version). So you will need to make them visible if your to stand any sort of chance of recovering your data.
