http://mojomarketplace.com/ seems to work fine for me.
Try reloading the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:

  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.
    OR
  • Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

Firefox shouldn't be "installing" Joomla CMS.

I retried the joomla cms install the next day, same problem. I even used cCleaner, turning off ad & tracking blocks too.

Firefox should be installing Joomla CMS, IF you are setup/upgrading a web site ;}
