Hi Feklee,

The only way to do so on Firefox OS is to bookmark it again (we don't have a way to modify the name after it has been bookmarked). You should be able to find the original link in your browser history or top sites.

If you just want to rename the bookmark, then re-clicking on the star gives you that option. More details here.
