Firefox will not install!
Whenever I download the setup for firefox 18 after downloading it when it asks for my permission to be ran on this pc nothing happens after I accept. Ive downloaded waterfox (64 bit version of firefox for who don't know) and that works. Help would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried running as administrator already. I also tried installing before and after waterfox was installed.

hello, why do you want to run firefox 18? please try it with the latest version available from getfirefox.com.
I thought that was the recent version, anyways this is where I downloaded it from. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/
Could you please retry downloading Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ or http://getfirefox.com.
You hould ideally be able to download the setup for Firefox 22, which is the latest stable release. Try the installation process with the newer file, and feel free to ping us if you face any problems.
Download the full Firefox 22 setup package from here. Make sure you select the correct localization - en-US for the United States.

Every URL posted thus far is for the Stub Setup Installer - 274KB for online installation which might be new for Firefox 22.0 (never heard of it before Mon July 2nd).
The "offline" package is (like) 20,8 MB and is what Firefox has been using all along.
