My employees use Firefox to access certain cites requiring passwords, which are confidential for company, thus how to secure the safe passwords, so that the employees can access sites using those passwords, but cannot view the password (Tools->Option->Security->Saved Passwords->Show Passwords).

Pls. let me know, if more details are required

I don't think Firefox is designed to secure the saved passwords from the user. For example, the master password feature requires the user to enter the password (Protecting stored passwords using a master password | How to | Firefox Help).

It is possible to create style rules (in userChrome.css) that modify the appearance of Firefox dialogs. In theory, you could hide the password list in that dialog. A savvy user probably could get around this in a number of ways.
