I've never had a problem with this or like this before and have been using both Windows 7 and Zone Alarm with Firefox for at least a year. When I first open Firefox with Zone Alarm on, it gives the error message. When I close Zone Alarm, Firefox will now open and stay open working fine. When I open Zone Alarm after starting Firefox, it stays running with no problems. I can even open other tabs with no problem. Scratching my head, lol. Thanks for your help.

If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then try to disable Virtualization.
