During regular browsing and normal activity Firefox freezes and crashes Happens all the time. Everything is up to date and i belive the lug ins are also current. not sure what the issue is.

Mozilla have pathetic support, they suggest you reboot Firefox. That's great advice when you may be doing some major work and you lose all the sites you are working across. Their CEO needs slapping, no customer support.
