Sorry, Firefox for Android has only limited support for uploading files. You can upload files from the Gallery app, or from other Android apps that provide a way of choosing files. I don't know of any Android apps that will let you write a resume and then send the file, however. You might need to use a desktop/laptop computer to do this instead.
