Whether intentionally leaving the program (exiting and choosing the option to save tabs), or if it crashes/the power goes out, Session Restore will not give my back any of my tabs. In the few times that I do see my tabs in the Session Restore page, the "restore" button is unclickable. Otherwise, I get a Session Restore page with absolutely nothing in it.

Is anyone else having this problem? From what I've gathered, I seem to be the only one.

This can be a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well. You will have to redo App Tabs and Tab Groups after deleting sessionstore.js.

That really fixed the problem; shortly afterwards, my laptop's power cord fell out and, sure enough, Session Restore greeted me upon reopening, and worked this time.

Thanks very much!
