Fedora14 64bit. FF is slow with IPv6 enabled, but disabling means I cannot browse IPv6 sites without knowing the IP address. Would love a fix to have normal resolving speed with FF and still have IPv6 enabled.

I guess the question field pretty much sums it up.

I've had IPv6 disabled for quite some time because of slow DNS resolution (up to 3 seconds for each resolve), but now that I've migrated my network to a dual stack IPv4 and IPv6, I'd like to start browsing the available IPv6 sites. It's just not possible to do this and have a good browsing speed because of the slow DNS resolution with IPv6 enabled in FireFox. At least on the 64bit version. I don't have this problem with my 32bit hosts.
