ever since firefox 3.6.15 automatically downloaded on the 4th of March, it continually crashes whenever trying to print. It fades to gray scale, sits for 15 secs and then pops up the error box. NOTHING else has changed. Why is there not a way to revert to the previous release when it doesn't work??

I just resolved a Firefox crashing problem on my system. The problem was that Norton Security software had deleted a needed file. The file is C:/Program Files(x86)/Mozilla Firefox/plugin-container.exe. If that file is not there, you need to re-install Firefox, and then you should be good to go.
