Even though I provide an exception to intuit quickbooks on the pop up blocker, it continually throws me out of some of the pages. How can I fix this?

After working in Quickbooks for a while and doing reconciliations on line, the pop up blocker starts to block me from getting to the reconciliation pages and wont let me enter any new data. I have clicked on allow the site and have given an exception to allow, but it continues to do this all the time. How can I turn the blocker off for this online site completely?
