I have accidently deleted all my data for Firefox 3 when I uninstalled the Beta 4. I thought I would be able to get Sync to restore all the data, but it requires a Sync Key that I have no access to and cannot remember. Is there anything I can do to either A. recover my data or B. Somehow recover my Sync Key?

You can reset your Sync Key, but that process deletes all your data on the Sync server.
