firefox crashes unexpectedly
firefox crashes unexpectedly especially when i go to those game applications on facebook. it wasnt always like this. i could open about 4 or 5 apps and it would still run. i dont know why its started crashing now. please help.

Can you give me the crash report ID? You can find this by going to the address bar and typing about:crashes

@Moses i did that but it said no crash reports have been submitted
What OS do you have? If you have XP go to Start--Run and type in the run command box %APPDATA%. Then navigate to Mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/Submitted then copy and paste the .txt files here.
If you have Vista/7 go to Start and type in the search box %APPDATA% then click on the Roaming folder. Then go to Mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/Submitted then copy and paste the .txt files here.

there is a crash reports folder but no submitted folder. however i uninstalled my avg toolbar and it hasnt crashed in like a week. do you think that could have been the problem then?
