how do I copy my windows 10 thunderbird address book to my windows 11 thunderbird?

If you're confortable with window file explorer, you can simply copy two files (abook.sqlite and history.sqlite) from one profile to the other. it's that easy. I suggest doing it when thunderbird is not running. If you don't like that approach, let me know, as there are other options.
