Hi

No, they cannot log into your Mozilla account with just your email and phone number. They still need your password. Even if Firefox sends a one-time login code to your email, they would need direct access to your email inbox to read it.

You can turn on two-step authentication (2FA): Go to Settings > Security and enable 2FA using an authenticator app. This ensures that even if they guess your password, they can't get in.

If you think someone know your password, update it immediately.
