Please describe what your problem is. I checked the forum to see if you had previously posted an issue, and I can find none. Thank you. I see you posted on the Firefox forum and also the Thunderbird forum.

It sounds frustrating, especially after following the steps they suggested. Sometimes the second email won’t go through if it’s already linked to another account or not verified properly. You might want to double-check the email confirmation or try a different backup email. Hopefully that helps you get it sorted.
