I can't log in after changing my email password. My email address is [edited]@telia.com. I can log in with my new password using Telia Webmail. I have been in contact with Telia and they refer you. Best regards Anita Bodin

Have you accessed Thunderbird and updated the stored password ?
- Settings > Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to Passwords section
- Click on 'Saved Passwords'
- click on 'show Passwords.
You should have more than one line for the 'Username' = email address of account. EG:
- a Pop account would have incoming as: mailbox://account....
- an Imap account would have incoming as: imap://account...
- There will also be an outgoing line as: smtp://account....
For each line you see that is relevant to the account
- Right click on line and select 'Edit Password'
- Completely clear all the content.
- Carefully type the new password
- When you have done this for all incoming and outgoing lines for the username - click on 'Close'
Then Exit Thunderbird and allow a few moments for all background processes to complete. Start Thunderbird.
