I get messages in my spam/junk folders that are not spam. I have tried marking the as "Not Junk" many times but they still wind up in the junk folder. The recommendation I read in your Forum is to "white list" (or is it "whitelist" ?) them but I can't figure out how to do that. Please help.

Whitelist them through webmail settings, which controls the Spam folder, perhaps by adding the senders to webmail contacts. Anything that ends up in a Spam or Bulk folder is due to the provider's filters (TB uses a Junk folder).
