how do I disable popups or blockers on Firefox/Mozilla? Then how do I enable after I complete task that doesn't like popups?

Trying to access a court site, and it won't take my credit card info form payment until popups are disabled. I don't recall every enabling popups, but that may be automatic when browser is loaded/updated.
