These may be silly questions, but I cannot seem to find the setting or procedure:

1) How do I change an incognito tab to non-incognito in FF? Is that possible without having to copy and paste the url to a new browser tab? 2) Is it possible to export browser tabs from FF Focus to non-incognito tabs in FF? All I see are “Open in Chrome” and “Open in Firefox”. The FF option always opens in an incognito tab.

Just trying to find a a quick and easy way to go from an open tab in FF Focus to an open, non-incognito/regular tab in FF app where I save my tabs for future work etc. (all of this in iOS 18, iPhone)
