I have downloaded (or so I thought) the Firefox 115.13 in order to use Billpay via my bank. After several attempts, my bank keeps saying "Looks like you are using Firefox 78; update to..." Would love any help. Shan

It appears you are using the old EOL macOS 10.10 (ten.ten)

The latest version of Firefox to still support macOS 10.9, 10.10 and 10.11 users was Firefox 78.15.0esr. As Firefox 79.0 to 115.0 required macOS 10.12 (ten.twelve) to 10.14 (ten.fourteen) at minimum to run. Fx 116 to current requires macOS 10.15 (ten.fifteen) at minimum.

If you can update to macOS 10.12 then you can use Firefox 115.
