I am using Thunderbird 102.6.0. My email service provider recently changed its servers and I had to reset Thunderbird to correspond. The transition was fine up to a point, because the majority of items in the Sent folder did not appear, only those from the date when I changed the settings. They still exist because I can see them all when I access my account through webmail, but that is inconvenient because I would like to continue performing all of my email activities in Thunderbird, as I have done since it was introduced. Could someone please advise how I might get Thunderbird to download those sent emails from the outlook.office365.com server into my Thunderbird sent folder? Thanks, Kurt

review the advanced tab at synchronization&storage for the account to ensure the Sent folder is set for offline use. Then click File>offline and select an option to download messages. I think that will do it.
