Firefox won't install - says it's still open, even after uninstalling and closing
First firefox would not open; just crashed. I uninstalled using my Windows uninstall app, but now when I try to download a new copy, I get a message saying Firefox is still running. When I pick the option to close it, a new version will still not install. I believe I had this problem before, but don't know the fix.
