Have tried a few ways to transfer Tbird data including the process on site video.

Each time one of my email accounts did not transfer Folders, email in those folders and older unfoldered emails to Inbox of same email account. Newer (30 day) did indeed transfer.

Other email addresses without folders did fine and address books seem intact.

It's actually transferring from Tbird 78.13.0 on the 32 bit machine to Tbird 91.0.3 on the new 64 bit one

Thanks in advance for any help

Thank you @Toad-Hall. Yes this is the method I have tried four times so far. There are 3 email accounts in my profile. The 2nd and 3rd ones have no folders and much less data. They both transfer fine. One is POP and one IMAP. The first email (POP) account has multiple folders and lots of email; it seems to transfer the data because the copying and transfer to new machine take quite some time on both. The 1st address only shows unread mail on server; no folders, no old mail and no sent mail history. Still stumped. Any thoughts.
