Visit View > Folders - which item is selected? And if it was not "All" does choosing that solve your issue?

Yes, View-All was selected. These are in Local Folders. When not expanded, Local Folders says (660). When expanded it shows maybe a dozen. Also, the second account shows in definitions, but not on display with the other one.
