I recently used a few different video-to-audio converter websites to extract the audio from some mashup videos I'd generated. I say "a few" because with each website, the audio would render, I'd hit the download button, the default Samsung audio player would launch and start playing the .mp3, seemingly indicating a successful download.

except, when I went into the download folder in my phone's files, there was nothing in the audio section. I look in the audio section, nothing. I launch the audio player and look at what music there is, nothing. (I didn't have any music beforehand so nothing got wiped).

Samsung tech support is being...less than helpful. any idea where my audio files could be?

I checked my downloads folder and audio files folder and they're not there.

since making my initial post I got bumped up to a tech support guy who was actually competent and we solved the problem — downloading the files in a different browser worked, so the issue was a glitch in Firefox.

Hi

If you have downloaded a file in Firefox for Android, it will be saved to a folder called "downloads" on your Android device.
