I wondered if anyone else has seen the same thing and if there's an easy fix, or if it is a bug.

Thiis Thunderbird is 74.0b2 (32-bit) on Windows 10. It used to get new messages on startup but lately it has not been doing it. It always works after I click Get Messages, so that isn't broken. The Account Settings have "Check for new messages at startup" set.

There's one IMAP account and two GMail accounts.

I can tell from the IMAP server, which I run, that Thunderbird is not even trying to connect.

There is a bug with POP accounts not checking at startup. Is this also happening with IMAP accounts?
