Hey there,

By default, the VPN doesn't have access to the local network, i.e. your printer. To enable this so you can print, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the VPN off.
  2. Click the settings icon in the top right of the VPN.
  3. Check the box next to Allow access to your local network.
  4. Turn the VPN back on.

Now try to connect to your printer and let me know if this fixes it. If it doesn't, try rebooting your computer.
