Vielleicht geht das Problem mit Ihrem RAM. Wie viel RAM haben Sie? Passiert es auch in Internet Explorer?

What security software do you have? Did you check your security software?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

My RAM has 4,00 GB. My Internet Explorer can not work - since a lot of years (2 years round about). Well, I do not know what I can do - my english is not good enough at to understand your answers!!!

When software becomes unresponsive then this can indicate memory problems like writing to the page file or other software (drivers, services) can take up processor time. That is why I suggested to boot (start) your computer in Windows Safe Mode with work support.

You can try this German forum if you have a problem with understanding English.
